Robert Gagne

Founder | Owner of Santa’s Chimney Services Ltd

Inspired by the example of Jesus, Robert lives with a heart to serve others. In daily life, he is often seen helping neighbors, friends, and even strangers — spreading kindness through simple acts of care.

His compassion began at an early age. When he was just 11 years old, Robert often brought food to a homeless man who lived in the woods. He would sit and talk with him, asking how life had led him there. Those encounters planted in him a lifelong desire to help people in need.

After completing college, Robert decided to become his own boss. Twenty years ago, he moved from Niagara Falls to Vancouver and founded Santa’s Chimney Services Ltd. From the back of his work truck, he began distributing food and clothing to the homeless — turning his labor into a mission of love.

Long before founding the Santa’s Helpers Association, Robert was already supporting single mothers, students, and struggling families, offering practical assistance with a humble spirit. He believes that true faith is demonstrated through action, and true love is expressed in everyday compassion.

His vision is to make communities warmer and more hopeful — one act of love at a time.
