Santa’s Helpers Association was registered in 2017, but the founder, Robert Gagne, was helping those less fortunate on the downtown eastside since 2010. It was so apparent at that time that there were so many people in dire situations.

Robert started by handing out food, drinks, clothing and God’s love by himself. Fast forward 11 years. Robert and his wife Lily, with the help of hundreds of volunteers have served thousands of people.
